I was racing home on my bike with my children in a Chariot behind me. A thunderstorm was on it's way and I only had one KM to go when the rain started. I should've known better that fresh asphalt would be slick at the beginning of a rainstorm but instead I sped up! I took a HUGE wipeout on the normally non-eventful ride home and my iPhone went flying from my pocket...across the road and onto the curb...result> zero damage! Thank goodness my husband invested in an OtterBox for me because obviously I can't have nice things unless they are completely protected!!!!
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: rubber flap makes it difficult to dock on a stereo, any case makes it a tight fit into an arm band

This case has been wonderful. It has completely protected my phone through many drops on concrete and other hard surfaces. Although the case did start to chip after many drops, the case was replaced in full with no extra cost due to the 12 month warranty. The only con is the white gets very dirty easily, but worth it for the protection.
Pros: High quality, replaced with warranty
Cons: did crack

If you don't have a case on your phone now and struggle which one to purchase (because we all know there are to many to make the choice easy) stop and just focus on one brand "Outer Box" I don't need to say anything else. Make the right choice from the start.

I started with a different color, and received this one as a gift. The previous color had a break in the plastic where the charger goes in. Coincidentally, the same thing happened with this color too. Clearly a design flaw. Many of my friends have had this happen too. Thankfully, someone told me to visit the Otter website to complete a warranty submission. Otter sent me a replacement promptly. Thanks so much!

I do enjoy the security of having my phone in a case, but I have to remove the case when I want to place it in my radio (Docking Station) I am concerned it will get stretched out from removing it so much. First one cracked. Needed a replacement...and bam done! No run around just done! I like that! Thank you Otter Box

I'm on my third Otterbox commuter case in about six months. I'm not sure if I'm super tough on them or if they're not as durable as they should be, but the corners and thinner pieces keep cracking and breaking off.
