Great Product

This was a very solid buy I believe. It seems like it will work great for what I want. Very easy to assemble, fits pretty tightly, and seems like it will be able to take a beating.
The only problems I have are that the lock/unlock button is pretty hard to press. I don't know if that is just mine or what, but I had to change my method of how I usually lock it in order to be able to. The other thing is that I ordered the envy green case thinking that it was going to be a dark green like the pictures displayed it. Once receiving the product, I was disappointed to see that it was a much lighter uglier green.
Other than those two things, this seems like it will be a great case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great if you are on the go. Fits the iPhone4S Verizon phone with just a slight mis-align from the silicone and plastic casing they use. A few sharp edges on the case. Just had file them to get them off. Other than that, the case is good and protects the phone. One additional note: watch the screen protector. The one I received in the one package was bent and did not go on the phone correctly. Had to waste it. Had a second one luckily. OtterBox should watch when putting the packaging together.
Pros: High quality, Durable

Worst otter box I have ever owned

I have had 3 otter boxes and they fit perfectly. When I got my case for the iPhone nothing matches up to the phone. The rubber case does not even match the plastic shell. This is not the quality I've seen In past otterboxes I have had. I would wait till they fix the problems with this case. When they fix the problems with the case they should send the new ones to customers who wasted there money in this product
Cons: Low quality

Good but dirty

Unlike other reviews My case fit very well and it protects my phone very well.... But the white of the purple and white got so dirty its crazy... If u get one don't get the white....
Pros: Durable, High quality
Cons: gets dirty

My black case does not have sharp edges and after several months of use...has no cracks. I believe the case successfully fills the "a little extra protection and a little less bulk" nitch very well. No issues or complaints at all.

I have used otter box for a LONG time and this product for iphone 4 is terrible. You don't even have to drop your phone and the plastic case cracks over time. I am on my second broken case. I will not be buying another.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

buy a better protecting case!

white case got very dirty. The top colored case completely broke within 4 months. would not recomed this product. spend the extra 20 dollars and buy a better protecting case made by this company. Make sure your case has a screen protector, mine did not. the cases also did not fit properly into eachother making the case weaker and less durable. I still like this comany, just not this case. it had little protection, showed dirt, and broke easily.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

Excellent case for the price!!!

I purchased 2 Commuter cases for my wife and I. I got the all black one and she wanted the two-tone teal case. We bought them almost a year ago and the teal case had broken on one of the corners recently. Didnt affect the phone one bit. The black case has had NO problems whatsoever. I have dropped the phone millions of times (I have a 15 month old lol) and the case doesn't even have a ding or scratch to the plastic.
I wrote OtterBox about our situation and within 2 days they got back to me and said that they were just going to send me a new Teal case for my wife. No questions asked! That's great customer service. I will forever praise a company like that and I will forever buy OtterBox simply for their customer service.
I know there are bad experiences and good ones. Mine has been a good one even though one case cracked. They took care of me. I am truly satisfied and pleased.
Thank you OtterBox!!

Cons: case broke once but was replaced.
