Great case

I purchased this bc it has silicone and polycarbonate protection without being overly expensive. I have to say this is worth the price, I've dropped my phone 3 times on concrete floor from waist level and several times on "regular" floor. I give it a 4 bc the one I received didn't have perfectly fitting silicone & polycarbonate.
Pros: High quality, Durable, good color selection

Rethink with the White

I previously had the otterbox Green and White for the iPhone 4 and it worked great and the white rubber material wouldn't get dirty. With this case the white got dirty very quickly, all I do with my phone is text call and surf. I was very disappointed with the quality of the white because I tried cleaning it and it just made a dirty shade of white. Rethink buying this specific case.

Cons: Low quality, white material dirty quickly

The case does a good job protecting the phone, but the plastic shell has cracked and pieces have broken off after only 4 months of use. Overall it is a good case, but not the quality I expected for being an Otterbox product.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design, poor protection

Just got this case in black about a week ago - good design, great quality and good to put in a front pants pocket. I bought this case to replace a Speck Candyshell that had broken at the bottom. Just yesterday I had my phone on my lap (in the new Otterbox) in the car and forgot about it. When I got out of the car, the phone landed on the driveway and got a major crack across the screen. I would still recommend the case if you are very careful with your phone but if you are prone to dropping your phone, get something more protective. Will be upgrading to the Defender!

Cons: doesn't protect

First let me say that the case totally protects my phone and caused no damage to it. And I drop my iPhone A LOT!!! So time and time again it has kept it safe from total destruction, however that being said I bought my original one in 7 months ago and have just used the lifetime warranty for the fourth time!!!!! But again although this is super annoying that the plastic cracks a good deal of the time, the phone has been safe every time and Otter is amazing at replacing the case each time! I am going to try the reflex case this time instead to see if it holds up better but as long as the phone is safe I'm okay with it. Would I recommend it yes as long as your willing to deal with Otter a lot. There are worse things!

So I've had this case for about 6 months. It has 3 cracks, and one is 2 inches long. All 3 times it cracked when I was trying to get the case on. Which is nearly impossible. Once it is on, it's ok. Over the summer, I dropped my unprotected phone down a wooden stair case, and there wasn't even a scratch. I'm not really sure which is more durable... Phone or case? Anyway, I'm trying to get my case replaced. Hopefully the customer service is good

Cons: Not durable, brittle

I had my Iphone 4s inside the case and i dropped it on my floor from my couch and the hole back of the phone cracked from my statement it's a no no buy.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

They are the best cases so durable they protect from droping and spills on you phone.
The only thing is they could make better colors for the cases as the white gets so dirty. But they are the best cases.
