Doesn't fit right!

I got this case for Christmas and I was really excited becuase I heard otterboxes were amazing, but when I went to put the case on my phone, the silicone part wouldnt fit right with the plastic part, the sides would bend and it the plasitic gets all bent. Once I get it on there, after 7 tries it protects well, and it gives me piece of mind. Although the silicone part pickes up and holds tons of dust! and upon pulling out my phone, my phone is dusty too. I would go with a different case.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality, hard to fit, gets dirty

Great Case

I'm giving 4 Stars instead of five for two reasons:
1. My first case was defective, but excellent customer service got me a replacement
2. The hole for the apple logo is completely unnecessary.

This is definitely the best phone case I have ever had. My first one that I got had a silicone liner that I think just didn't form well. The hard plastic did not line up with the soft. The new one lines up perfectly, so I think most people will get good ones.
I have the black case.
Pros: High quality, Durable

Overall good case

The case does not fit as well as I would have thought at the price. I have seen the case on some coworker's phones (not iPhones) and it pits perfect. There are gaps between the two pieces of mine and does not fit tightly. This seems like a rush design just to get something out on the market ASAP.

Since November 2011, I've had three Commuter cases for my 4s (white). All have cracked on a corner and spread, rendering the protection of the hard plastic invalid, not to mention catching on anything near it every time it is pulled out of a pocket or purse. Never once has the case been dropped, dinged, hit, etc. And now, on case #3, the plastic isn't fitting correctly and I'm just waiting for the inevitable.
Disappointed, to say the least, and will be asking for a refund if and when this case fails. Never had trouble with my 3GS Commuter case, even after that one fell down concrete stairs onto a flagstone floor. It lasted 3+ years with no issues whatsoever.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

This is by far the best case I have used or even seen for the iPhone. It works just as described, smooth edges, protects very well, all buttons work, great protective flag for charging is easy to use, holes for speakers, etc...
quick shipping as well. I would buy again and recommend to everyone.

This is a stylish, but yet protective case for my new iPhone 4s. But theres always something. I wish the ON/OFF button would be easier to push. This is a great case all around though!

I was looking for a good case that provided adequate protection, but was still slim enough to make it easy to put the phone in my pocket. I first tried a slider case from another company and was not happy with how easily the case came open when plugging the phone in to charge or putting the headphones in. I went to the store and found this case and love it so far. It provides good protection. The raised bevel of the soft protection provides good screen protection against an accidental drop that lands face down. The hard plastic shell makes the case feel much more sturdy than 100% silicone cases that I've tried. It is slim enough to fit easily in my pocket. I have not had the problems with the fit or lock button that others have mentioned. My case fits very nicely and the lock button works great with just one finger.
Some have also mentioned the hole being mis-alligned on the headphone flap. This is not a mis-allingment at all. The very small hole is for the microphone on the top which aids in noise cancellation when making phone calls. The flap has to be lifted to insert a headphone jack.
