Unbelievable

We purchased this case for our 13 year old daughter 18 months ago. She is nicknamed "Whoopsie" because she drops things constantly! On Super Bowl Sunday she was visiting a friend at their cabin. It was snowing and we received 6" that night. As the girls were playing in the snow, her phone fell out of her pocket and became lost. Lost for 47 days!! Lost in the many inches of snow that continued to fall over that time, along with several rain showers. Finally, as the weather warmed and the snow began to melt, her phone was located! After a quick charge, it turned right on...and WORKED! We couldn't believe it! No problems, no glitches, no issues! The ONLY thing that occurred, the plastic screen protector became loose and unglued from the housing. We will definitely be purchasing her another case!! We highly recommend this product!!

Ive heard great things about the iphone otterbox cases, all my friends love them and recommended them to me! I've had about 3 different cases, from this company all to which broke. Im not sure if its because i constantly hold my phone and the heat from my hands get to the rubber but it always ends up melting away from the hard plastic, then i drop my phone, screen shattered, guess its just my bad luck but i just dont have good experience with this case. if you can eaisly break a case or phone DO NOT GET THIS CASE
Cons: Low quality, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re not exactly sure what would be going on as far as the silicone “melting” away from the plastic, but we do know that whatever the cause, something wasn’t working out for you. Unfortunately, our warranty does not extend to the devices placed inside the OtterBox, but we would be more than happy to send you out a new replacement case. Please give us a call at 1-855-688-7269, and one of our Super-Agent Otters can get a claim started for you!

The back of my iphone shattered the first time it was dropped while in this case. The case itself is fine. The phone, is not. And Otter Box covers their case but not the device, which makes it basically pointless to use.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outer hard case cracked

Very disappointed if I don't get a replacement for this iphone 4s Commuter Series Case as the outer hard case cracked as in attached picture… I'm left with the inner rubber case but outer shell broke off.

I love the pink otter box. The only thing I would change is the white as it gets dirty. If the whole otter box were the dark pink it would look great all the time! Otherwise I love my otter box and its function!

Impressed at first, not anymore

I've had my Otter Box for about a year. I had been fairly impressed, except when my phone was exposed to a bit of water. The Otter box seemed to trap water in rather than out. However this weekend I dropped my phone from waist height and the entire back shattered!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
