I would recommend the Commuter Otterbox to everyone...the only thing I am not pleased with is the color...it is Viola which I ordered but didn't realize how dirty the white trim would get with use...mostly my makeup rubs off on the case...will be shopping for a different color in the near future...good quality case...

I didn't give it a drop test. cover went on fairly easily. Plactic for screen not so good. Couln't get the sticky stuff off and it dowsn't stick to the phone,

I bought this case for my boyfriend, who hates using cases for his iphone. He would refuse to use them because when charging- he would have to take the case off, and then put it back on again. Lazy, I know, but this case fixed the problem for the most part. I will say that it is too thick to use with an ihome or most charging devices that also double as a clock/speakers. Otherwise, it's perfect. In fact, it has already his phone from a pretty nasty fall onto tile. This was probably the best christmas present I bought for him, and I am so thankful to have found a brand of cases that he will actually use. It's even in his favorite color! :)

Cons: can't connect to ihome with case on

This thing stands up to wear and tear beautifully! I got the white under case, which gets dirty quickly and looks really bad unless you clean it every few days. However, the shock absorption can't be beat with this dual-action system. I dropped the phone countless times (because I'm cool like that) and not a scratch or crack on it :D
