It's survived 3 drops and has been keeping out lint, crumbs and dog hair and random moisture. The only Con I've really had so far is that the white seems to get dirty quickly. If I had to go for it again would choose 2 colors that were not white so that it wouldn't be an issue.

A friend came to see some pups I had and take some pix with his iPhone. I told him I would like to have one but thought I would break it because I am busy in the outdoors. He purposely dropped it on my tar driveway. When he picked it up he said "Otterbox" and showed me that his phone was ok. I have since dropped my phone in the otterbox many times. Once in a bucket of water. Phone is doin fine thanks to this very durable product.

My daughter received this item for Xmas from me. She immediately put her phone into this case. Her phone fell on a wood floor and the backside shattered in the case. I am very unhappy with this case. She owned a otterbox prior to this and it started to disintergrated, but protected her phone for 18 mos.
