When I first bought my iPhone it was recommended to purchase an Otterbox. I am a practical purchaser, not for trends or looks. It was a bonus that my Otterbox was colors that I liked. I do not insure my families cell phones for the simple fact of it being too expensive, I can't imagine how many times I have accidentally dropped my phone over the last few years and to my surprise, I do not have one single scratch, knick or crack. The original case I purchased did break after a few months, just a small piece- nothing major, more of an eye sore. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied when Otterbox replaced it with a brand new case.

Even though I was not the original purchaser (my granddaughter gave me her old phone when she upgraded), Otter Box replaced my case when it cracked. And it was past the warranty date! The CSR that took my call was extremely professional and helpful. I am so impressed with their customer service and product - I posted a big "Shout Out" on my FaceBook page! I highly recommend Otter Box to everyone!

They are the best possible phone cases. I have had Otterbox covers from my very first cell phone, would not have any other
cover for my phone. It lasts thru drops, and all kind of abuse !!! They are proud of their products and stand behind them and when you have a problem there is no problem at all, they just replace it!! A lot of companies do not stand behind their products.

I had this case for a little over a year and was very disappointed when a small piece of it cracked off. I was getting all mad about it, complaining about how things aren't made well anymore, but when I contacted Otterbox customer service to help me with the problem, I was really surprised. They couldn't have been nicer... They were super efficient and got me a replacement within a few days... Wow, you don't see that everyday! I have a new respect for the company because it stands behind their products so well.
