Other than the fact that I have had two replaced due to the plastic breaking near the plug in port they have both been replaced by your company. The phone has been dropped and the case protected the screen from breaking. Great service.

Having purchased an otter box for my smartphone a couple of years ago I was already sold on your product. So when the wife needed a case for her I-phone I went to the store and purchased one for her. My case had lost one corner latch, replaced within a week no questions except a picture of damage. When the case cracked on my the I-phone we sent a picture and now we have the replacement. What more could anyone ask? No hassle excellent product and service... to me it is a no-brainer. thank you

I bought this case originally for looks and minimal protection, but soon realized (After dropping it many times) it was a great, protective case. However, after about 6-7 months of use, there were many cracks in the case, and after accidentally dropping it on the cement, this "indestructible case" did not stay invincible, causing my phone screen to crack. I had to buy a new phone, but I still was under warranty, so I got a new case. Generally a good but though

Cons: hard to take on/off, not quite invincible
