Several toddlers have access to my phone, that's why I chose the Otter Box. Had one on my iPhone 3 and thought it was indestructible. Two year old tossed this one on the driveway and it cracked at the top-but didn't hurt my phone. Contacted Otter Box and within ten days had a replacement case. It's great when a company stands behind their products. I love the color blue, so this is a perfect case for me.

I have had my Otterbox for 2 1/2 years and recently dropped my phone and cracked the corner of the case. I contacted Otterbox and without ANY hassel, they replaced my case free of charge. Awesome company to deal with!!!!

I love the design of this case it offers protection without being bulky. Otterbox has replaced it for me twice as a result of cracking , the rubber closures breaking off. But It has protected the phone . I love that they honor their warranty. No hassles, and new one delivered within days.
Pros: Durable, phone has never broken
Cons: Low quality, some parts break off

Thank you for sending me a replacement. However, it is possible for the case to crack merely by putting it on the phone. Also, the screen protector greatly reduced the clarity of the image.
Cons: Not durable

I have been using my OtterBox Commuter Series case for just over a year. When I dropped my phone for the one millionth time, and broke the case, my phone was safe and sound. I knew that OtterBox has a wonderful service warranty and immediately submitted my information for a replacement. The people at OtterBox are great, I had my replacement within a few days and I couldn't be happier. The case I have is pink and white. The only downside to this case is the white, it picks up every color it comes in contact with, so be prepared if you put it in your jeans pocket to be a little blue when you pull it out! Other than that, it's an awesome product. I like it so much more than my Defender Series that I had previously used, only because it is smoother, sleeker, and more compact. The Defender case is very rugged, and a great product with its own merits, but I wanted a sleeker design and this case fit the bill yet gives me the protection I have come to count on with the OtterBox Brand.
