called in and advised the issue of this unit being broken and ill fitting, was advised to take pictures of affected areas and send them to Otterbox for review. once this was completed,, it took only a coule of days for a new otterbox to arrive at our home.

Love this case, great quality for protecting my phone and maintain's a mature sleek look , which I like.
The only issue I do find is that the raised edge of the case around the screen gets in the way when writing a text, but this does not out weigh the positive things about the case.

I like the case for the slimness of it and the color pink is great! The only thing I don't like about it is that the white rubber on the inside case stretches out easily and gets very dirty and hard to come clean.
