I am happy to have my iPhone protected in a good case that isn't too bulky, but which is sufficiently substantial as to suggest it will perform as advertised. The full warranty is an added bonus and the real reason I ended up choosing this product over less expensive competitors. I figure if it has a good warranty, the manufacturers must have confidence in it. A part of my case did break (but not the phone!) and Otterbox replaced it quickly, as advertised, with no fuss whatsoever. I also added a screen protector that was provided by a different company (and which also came with a warranty).
Pros: High quality, Durable, not bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love Otterbox. I have 6 of them in the family. I would never buy anything else. This particular case though does not last. The rubber stretches out over time and the plastic frame always cracks after time at the bottom. Otterbox always warranties this case within the year and treats me like a U.S. senator.
Pros: great company
Cons: not this particular case.

I've purchased the Commuter case from OtterBox a few months ago. Since I go for runs often with my phone, I have to take it in and out of the case a lot - and after many months of doing that, the little piece that covers the phone's power supply had started to break - a reasonable breakage (much more than I got from other brands I've used).
Few days after sending the claim to OtterBox I got a brand new case - right with the box and all! It took almost no effort - and having got it with a delivery man right to my desk and with no extra cost I must say I got a very pleasurable service from the Otters.

I should have ordered the one up from this. Tried to save a few bucks and it shows. This box has very limited protection, but it was free from the warranted one that fell apart, so beggars cant be choosers. If I had the money I would order the better quality one not the cheapest one.

Bought one of your cases two and a half years ago for my new iphone 4S. It did its job well and protected my phone from the drops and spills which happen from time to time. I was a fan.
And then, when the case finally broke, you sent me a replacement!!!!!! Now you have me for life.

phone glass shattering. Notified your company through the web
site and they were very helpful in telling me what I needed to do.
After sending picture of my broken case, they sent me a new one.
I was very pleased with the service and the product replacement.
I think the Otter Box product is the best case on the market and
will continue to be the only one I will ever use.
