I have had my otterbox for almost three years!! and if it gets broken for any reason they will replace it free of charge!! fantastic case that protects my phone everytime I drop it!!!

I bought the commuter case back in October, 2013. When the plastic case cracked Otterbox sent me a new case. It works even better then the original one. My only concern is that sometime the edges of the rubber part get curled under the phone. The product protects my phone perfectly.

Cons: rubber curls under phone edge sometimes.

I only buy Otterbox because they protect my phone well and in the rare occasion they do not last I call company and only pay shipping and a new one is sent to my home. Can't beat their customer service and a company backing their product!

I am happy with the product overall. It is a good fit for my phone and my lifestyle.
The only thing is the soft shell (skin) being white is not very life friendly. The dye in my jeans has stained it already, and I've only had it a week. It would be great to have options for the color combinations on the commuter.
