I love my otter box as I am known to drop my phone a lot and it does an awesome job of protecting it. I also love this company as I recently enquired about getting a replacement as mine had cracked where the charger plugs in. I didn't have my receipt but I filled out the requested form (with pics showing the crack )and they sent me a replacement. I know they tend to be expensive but when you compare the cost to replace your phone with the cost of an otter box it is worth it

No doubt about it .... The otter box is an excellent case for protection which is what it was designed to do. My only complaint is the inside rubber gets discoloured and looks "dirty". This is my second one and looked dirty after just a couple days. It was a replacement :) which is great that they offer that but I would certainly recommend a darker colour for the inside liner of the case.

I recently purchased a pink & white Otterbox Commuter Case for my iPhone 4S. The case looks amazing and some of the proceeds go to the Avon Breast Cancer Foundation, which was an added bonus! The case is very sturdy and the screen protector has saved my phone MANY times- without it my phone screen would have numerous scratches. My case did break on the bottom (right by the charging input), however I submitted my warranty claim and in one week I received my new Otterbox case. I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided.
