I was in an awful car wreck in which I ended up upside down in a convertible. Luckily I only had a badly sprained neck. My phone was in my pocket and I got it out and called 911. Later I realized that the Otterbox was cracked in half along the back side but my phone was perfectly fine. Thanks Otterbox.

I have always had an Otter Box case for my iPhone 4. I have dropped my phone on occasion, and the case protected it very well. I love my new one, because the color suits me. It is very durable. I will always choose Otter Box because they stand for quality.

I loved my otter box, especially after 2 years when I dropped my phone and it broke. Not my phone, it's perfect, the case. I went online and had a new case delivered to my door within a week. Awesome service! However, my case was teal green which I Loved, but they sent me a blue case, yuk!

I am very happy with my case. I do think that the bottom part of the case that is rubber for the plug in.. needs to be a harder plastic or something of that nature.. The only reason I say that is because I had mine taken off. It was ready to fall of.

I just recently replaced my otter box after one year. Rubber cover ripped and plastic outer cover broke on bottom of case. The reason I replaced my otter box is because my screen shattered when it fell face down. The customer service reps were very nice and attentive and they replaced the case for free. I believe otter box is a good product that's why I got another one. One more thing the screen protector unfortunately does not last long.

Cons: rubber rips, outer case breaks, screen protector doesn't last

As a breast cancer survivor, I chose the colorful bright pink case as a statement of my journey. After 6 months of use, my case cracked on the edge and the on/off button was badly dented. I appreciated receiving a replacement but do hope it does not reoccur. I recently met someone who has the same case and after less than a year, is experiencing the same problems with hers!

Great warrenty, and you are going to need it. This is a good product thatdoes a very good job of protecting your phone. The hard plastic wrap that surrounds the softer plastic cushion is very thin and will break under normal use. Otter has replaced my box unit every time at no cost.
