Love the colours of my new OtterBox. I've had a black case previously and this one is a lot easier to find in my purse! The only issue I have with it is that the power button is exceedingly difficult to operate through the case - this new case seems to be a bit tougher than my old one. I have no doubts about its ability to protect my phone - I proved that with my first case - dropped the phone from 5 feet up onto a marble floor - no hint of damage to the phone, but I did have to have the case itself replaced under warranty - it got cracked. All in all this is a product I trust.

Cons: power button stiff

I had my first Otter Box for 3 years and loved the way it protected my phone. When the bottom piece came off I decided to utilize the warranty. Could not have been easier or quicker. Look forward it getting the same great service out of this case!!

I love my Otterbox - Commuter - Pink. I wanted to think this cover just happened to be weaker due to it's color. However, I've seen several of the same complaints and reasons for warranty as I have had happen to me. Corners break, bottom plastic piece snap off, top piece break... and not because it has been dropped! I've noticed if my outer plastic gets even the tiniest crack, my hair will get stuck in it and break it the rest of the way off! I know that sounds crazy, but it really happens. I love the warranty program and when I upgrade my iPhone 4 this Fall, I will purchase another OtterBox. I've seen them time and time again protect people's phones in some harsh conditions!

Cons: Not durable

Aside from sleek protection, the warranty replacement plan and customer service are the real selling points for the Otterbox. I am now on my third replacement and the process to get one under warranty continues to be easier and faster. Thank you Otterbox!
