I've used Otterbox products for years and buy one every time I get a new phone. I bought my last Commuter case in December and it broke on the outer rim where it is not re-enforced. Otterbox promptly replaced it twice, once when the first one cracked and a second time when it cracked again. I've dropped my phone a couple times and never damaged it. I would recommend Otterbox because they stand behind their product.

I often ride with my phone in my lap. As I get out of the car inevitably my phone falls to the ground. Otterbox has been a real savior. The color I chose also makes my phone more visible in my purse.

I have three Otterbox iPhone 4s Commuter cases on separate phones. The phones get a lot of use and abuse. I am extremely pleased with their performance. The only complaint that I have had is that I have had to request replacements of the outer shell due to cracking and breakage at the corners (mostly due to wear and tear). Notwithstanding that issue, I still consider the case to be an excellent product that is superior to other cases I have had in the past and I will continue to purchase Otterbox products in the future. One major feature that I have not found in other case manufacturers is Otterbox's outstanding customer service. When I called customer service regarding the cracked outer shell issue, I was given an immediate replacement - no questions asked. The company stands 100% behind their product and has a no-hassle, replacement policy.

I love the OtterBox. This is my 3 one over the past two years. The only problem I'm having with this most recent purchase is doesn't allow me to charge phone (4S) with OttoBox on.

Colors are awesome. If I could tweak one thing, it would be to have a choice of the clear screen cover or the non-reflective screen cover. Screen covers are not expensive, but I can't stand the fingerprints on the clear screen. So one of each in the package would be nice.
