About 3 months into having this case, I got a small crack across the back. Pretty minor, but I decided to look into it. Otterbox makes it so easy to get a replacement case while still protecting your phone in the meantime. I got my replacement case 3 days after ordering it! Top notch!

I really like the case. Althought there was a break with the case, Otter box replaced it without any problems. I don't like the avonpink/white combination as the white gets stained very quickly.

This is the only case I use for my iPhone. I can easily slip it into my pants pocket for everyday use and not worry about the phone getting damaged. It's also tough enough to stow in a padded pocket of my hydration pack for a day of snowboarding, downhill mountain biking, or dirt jumping - or in my jersey pocket for a road ride. Rather than buy a case with a bulky screen cover, I just stow the phone in my pack with the screen facing my body. If you don't need a completely waterproof case, don't look any further.

This is my second Otterbox case for my 4s and I have absolutely no complaints about the phone. In 2 1/2 years, I have never cracked a screen, even when I bounce it off the pavement. Any damages to my phone were incurred when I was using a different case.
Unfortunately, this is also the second Otterbox I've have that has broken on me- the plastic on the bottom got caught on a seatbelt strap of all things and snapped one day. The other drawback is that the rubber casing really starts to stretch out after about 6 months- I've seen this with my phone and with others.
After the plastic broke on my last case, I found that it really weakened the integrity of the phone. I contacted otterbox about replacing the case, followed a very simple process of photographing the broken pieces, then was sent a new case within a week, no questions asked and no excessive emailing or follow ups from the company.
Despite Otterbox's drawbacks, I will continue to purchase Otterbox cases in the future, with this phone and with others.

I gave this case a real workout. The case broke on the corner. I could of continued using the case as it was only an esthetic issue. I emailed Otterbox and they quickly sent me a new one. A company that stands behind its product and delivers will get my sales over and over again.
