I highly recommend this case to others. I love how easily it slips in and out of my pocket, but doesn't slide around on my dashboard. It's thinner than the other otter boxes while still maintaining its durability. The screen does not have as much protection as the other cases, but I also do not drop my phone that often. My first one did break after a year (the plastic at the bottom snapped), but the customer service was great in easily getting my free replacement (because of the life-time warranty). I got the same exact model because I loved the first so much.
Pros: High quality, Durable, light weight

Nice and tough case, but sleek and slim too! Easily goes in/out of pockets, and the edges don't grab like other cases. The rim of the front surface is grippy enough to set down (screen down) and it will help hold it, which I think is nice.

I had an otter box for my 4s. The rubber was white and the the hard plastic was pink. My face makeup was constantly getting on the white rubber.it looked awful. I called Otter Box and told them about it. They gladly replaced it with a different color. Six months later, my Otter Box starting cracking by the the charging outlet. I didn't drop the phone or do anything out of the ordinary. Once again I called Otter Box and once again they told me to take a picture of the defect. They replaced my case again without hassle. I will continue to buy their products because I know they stand behind it.

Got my first Ottercase in 2012. It lasted a year and broke off in a few places. A replacement was sent out - it was exactly like the first one. It lasted almost a year and then one corner broke off (I am not prone to dropping, but after a few accidental falls, this particular model's hardcase cracks and breaks off). For the second replacement, I noticed stronger rubber seal and better plastic. Hoping this one outlives the others! Initially I thought I overpaid for my Otterbox, but the fact that they have promptly replaced it TWICE, makes it a better value. Overall, I think they try are trying to improve their products (as was evidenced by this last replacement).
Pros: value with warranty
Cons: need a new one about every year

This is a replacement case that you gave me since the other one cracked. This one as well as the other one does not fit very snug on the phone. I hope it still protects it if i drop it (since i havent) but it is very disappointing since the other 3 that i have for my childrens phones (iphone 5s) fit perfectly.
