I purchased my original Otterbox in 2012 when I bought my IPhone. Unfortunately the case cracked but Otterbox replaced it free of charge. Sadly, my second case cracked as well. But, once agin, it was replaced at no cost to me. So although I'm not convinced the product is without its flaws, the guarantee, and, more importantly, the customer service I've received each time I've contacted Otterbox, has been stellar. The people I've spoken with have been extremely friendly and helpful and the replacement case arrived very quickly each time. I'd recommend this company and product to others.

I had my case for just over the published warranty period when I noticed a crack on the lower lip of the outer case. My question to OtterBox was, can I repair this myself? After all, it is a great case. Almost immediately I had an email back with an automated replacement claim, a couple of easy steps to take and they actually just sent me a new one. No muss, no fuss. Makes my future purchase decisions pretty easy!! Great job Otterbox.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this product. This case has saved my phone from it's daily falls for the past few years and when the case finally broke, OtterBox replaced it within a week. The cases are durable, make the phone easier to hold, easy to pop on and off, and come in a variety of colours. I would recommend this case to everyone, especially if you are a little clumsy.

The Otterbox does a great job protecting my phone from damage. I work in an environment where phones tend to get dinged up a bit.
The only problem I have had it the tab at the bottom (where you plug in the phone) has worn away twice, but Otterbox was understanding and replaced it both times within a week.
