When I purchased my first IPhone, a friend who works in I.T. recommended I purchase an Otter Box. I cannot remember how many times it has saved my phone from being ruined. It is such a comfort to know how well protected my phone is. Recently, I accidently dropped my phone and the Otter Box cracked. Phone did not even have a scratch. I emailed Customer Service a picture of the case and received instant emails pertaining to my problem. Received a new case at no charge by Fed Ex express in three days at no charge. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

This case is a good compromise. I have always used the defender cases but now that I have tried the commuter case I am much happier with the smaller size. It does come with a good quality screen protector which was my main concern going from the defender case to the commuter case. Good case and I would recommend it.

If you drop your phone on a daily basis like me, this case is great. It protects from drops, bumps, and scratches without being super bulky like the Defender Cases. The warranty is also great! Only downside is with the white inner part. It gets dirty VERY quickly and stays that way. So shortly after you've bought a pink and white case you find yourself with a pink and grey/brown case. They make pink and grey color combos in other cases, but sadly not this one.
