This is fantastic as my last phone I dropped and the face cracked. I LOVE the otter box protection. The only thing is the white doesn't stay white so it would be cool if whatever color you have you would off set with a lighter color or a contrasting color. I have the pink one so instead of white a light pink would be great!

This product is the reason my phone is still in one piece. I work in two barns, and my phone has never cracked once. I've had to replace the case a few times through the free warranty because of my job, and the customer service has been absolutely wonderful. Buying a new phone soon, and this will be the next purchase.

Product keeps breaking but Otter keeps replacing

Otter makes a good looking and sturdy product and our family has a total of 10 otter products. Most are great but for some reason we have had 3 or 4 of the cases that we have had to repeatedly replace because the plastic / rubber flap broke, or because the hard plastic cracked (and not from being dropped!). the good news is that otter has been great about their customer service and has replaced any defective products we have had. So at the end of the day, i strongly recommend Otter for its service!

My phone has survived many falls and crashes thanks to my Otter Box! I have broken two Otter Box cases but not my phone. Each time I have submitted a photo and request and received a replacement Otter Box quickly. The Otter Box is the best!

I really like my product. I chose this case because of its protection and design. This case is slimmer than the Defender case which works well in pockets, purse pockets and bags. The pink stays colorful. The only downfall is the plastic piece broke on mine, BUT with the OtterBox warranty, it was replaced- free of charge. The white bumper does get dirty, and I have yet to find a way to clean the stains. Overall very good product!

Cons: white bumper becomes stained.

Love the Otterbox. It does what it says...it protects my IPhone and has survived many pitfalls of normal every day wear. It also saved my phone. I had put it on top of my car as I was puting bags into the back seat. Then I had jumped in the drivers seat and drove away forgetting where it was. A mile later after turning some corners and going at a speed of 80k, I got out of the car to discover it still there. So something about the Otterbox adhered to my car for the trip. :) I would love to see it in more bright vibrant colors so it is easy to spot. I love Black, but it blends in with the enviroment too much. I may have to paint it to make it uniqe.
