I called them about a warranty isssue. They said it would be not problem to replace it. They told me they didn't have any cases in the color I had previously, but actually found me one in my original color. I didn't send my pictures the way they wanted, but they got back to me quickly and told me to redo them. There were no real issues with my warranty. It went smoothly and I got a new one very fast. Much faster than they told me it would take.

Cons: i think it might muffle the sound just a little

I purchased my otterbox when I bought my iphone and I have to say it's the best!!!!! totally protects my phone . The only downfall is the white rubber turns dirty and dingy fast. Also I would love if the cases were more trendy looking.

Have had my Commuter Series Case for a month and still liking it a lot. I had a Defender Case before, but wanted one that slips into pockets/purse a little easier, while still giving my phone the protection that Otter Box is known for. I've dropped my phone a few times and so far, so good.
The screen protector is the only thing I'm not completely satisfied with. It's a bit hazy and difficult to apply - I have air pockets that I couldn't get rid of - a minor issue. Overall, I'm very pleased. Thanks Otter Box, for creating an awesome product!

This is the second otter box I have purchased (first being the big defender case); I feel this case protects my phone very similar! I just asked for a replacement case because I was so hard on it, and it came within a week with no problems! Even when the case was very damaged I still felt my phone was more then protected!
So happy with this product, I don't see myself purchasing from another company. Now there just needs to be some new designs for the iphone 4/s ;)

My family and I use Otterbox commuter series cases exclusively. They are durable while being sleek in design. They may cost a little more than the other cases out there but what you get for your money is a case that protects your phone and is guaranteed if it breaks.

I had an Otterbox that the plastic cracked. I love the style and it is a great protective for my phone. I called to Otterbox and explained situation. The representative was exceptional and truly cared about my issues. He sent me a link and I filled out, put pictures of my cracked case in my report and sent. 3 days later I have Fed X at my door to personally deliver my new case... Very impressive Otterbox ...
