this is a great product and when I had a small issue with it I called Otterbox and emailed them the pics of the problem, they sent a brand new one out to me right away. No questions ask. Prompt service for a sturday device. I wouldn't trust my iPhone in any other case.

My otter box cracked and tore (which is amazing considering i went through 3 iphones in a year! I just wrote them adn they sent me a new one! They did it quickly with no questions asked!
Not only did this product keep my phone safe but they service is AMAZING!

Dropped my iPhone down 14 stairs and it's fine!!

In my horror, my boyfriend accidentally dropped my iPhone down our staircase. It hit multiple steps before reaching the bottom. Thanks to the Otterbox Commuter case, fourteen (14!) steps later, my phone is still intact, working perfectly and the screen is not even cracked!!! A small part of the case broke but I will take that over my phone! After contacting Otterbox, I was able to have the case replaced! Thank you OtterBox! Best products and customer service! I also love that with my pink case purchase, 5% supports the Avon breast cancer crusade!

iPhone 4/4S Commuter Case structural flaw Replaced

The thin plastic cross-member just above the 30 pin connector port broke on our case during normal use within the first 4 months. I don't recall the phone ever being struck or dropped. OtterBox, to their credit replaced the case after I followed the standard warranty reporting procedure. When the OtterBox website wasn't fully accessible, I phoned the company. The support person I talked to was courteous, friendly and helpful and sorted things out very quickly. Within 4 business days a replacement case arrived. I am willing to pay a bit extra for a product to receive this type of service. Thank you, OtterBox!

my daughter has an commuter series for her iPhone. Product holds up the best it can for it being used for a 14 year old. I would like to see it come with a screen protector like what is on the defender series that I have.
But regardless what might go wrong with it. Otterbox customer support is by the far the best I have ever had to talk to. Top of the line Otterbox folks.
