The otter box does a great job for me . I work in construction and my phone gets more than its share of bumps and some drops . The otter box has protected my phone and when I needed to replace my box because one corner had cracked , the company stood behind their product and shipped me a replacement . Great product, great warranty , great company . No need to look for anything else .

I have dropped my phone many times with the Otterbox Commuter case on it...I have never had my phone break or anything! And the case holds up just fine! One thing I don't like about the commuter case is how quickly the inner rubbery type shell gets dingy and how it stretches out over time...but I'll take it for the protection it gives my phone and my peace of mind!

I love my Otter Box and have had several cases for my iPhone 4 from the 'Commuter Series'. The only trouble I ever had was with my most recent one, where the thin piece under the iPhone's home button broke. I contacted Otter Box, and received excellent customer service. They sent me a new case to replace my old one for free within a week. I would definitely recommend these to others.
