This is a great case. I did get a crack but I have kids dropping my phone all the time. Otterbox has the best warranty so I got a new one free right away. I will always only purchase otterbox cases.

The case broke after an unusually hard fall onto concrete from some height. The phone was not damage but I am sure it would have otherwise been severely affected. Otter Box sent me a new one as a replacement at no cost to me.

I love my otter box case! Iv had my phone for almost a year now and it has remain protected regardless of all the times I have dropped it/dropped things on it. I couple weeks ago I received a new case from the company because the hard case had some cracks in it that were starting to break off. The fact that I got a new case and in such little time was very much appreciated, I have never been treated that well from a company before! The only thing I would recommend for the cases are some different designs. I love my teal colour but would love something a little more fun like polka dots or animals (something a little more personal). Other then that I have been very impressed by the otter box company!!

I bought my 13 yr. old daughter a iphone 4s, my hope was Otter box's reputation for protecting phones was true, it was. Lots of drops and one major incident that broke the Otter Box case, the phone was fine on all counts. Also, the broken case that saved the phone was replaced for free with one phone call to Otter Box customer service. This Otter Box case has paid for itself many many times over.
