I love this new color. The cover itself continues the continuing quality of this brand's products. I have used Otter box covers for many years when the heavier duty covers in black were the only option. My company phone has a black cover and I like having the option to distinguish my personal phone with this attractive new color.

the first one I bought lasted a year. the first replacement quality was not as good and lasted about a month. the second replacement lasted a week. Now I have to say, that the Service has been fantastic and Im sure that I can get this one replaced, but unless they can replace it with a differnt style, I will look at other covers. Sad, because I like otterbox.

I purchased an OtterBox almost a year ago. I had it for a while, and then I got a crack right at the bottom on the hard plastic. I filled out the needed forms for getting a new one (as it was under warranty). And within less than a week, I had a brand new OtterBox at my doorstep! Great product, fast shipping, and I didn't have to worry about the hassle of sending the old one back.
If there's one thing I love more than OtterBox's products, it's their customer service. I'm definitely pleased!

This is my third OtterBox case. The first two were flawless. However, this third case came with the screen protector packaged inside the silicone sleeve so it arrived to me warped and would not adhere to the screen. I called customer service and they shipped me two replacement screen protectors. Both of these screen protectors had the same problem as the first - they would not adhere to the screen. I'm somewhat disappointed since their cases have never had these types of quality issues for me before.
Pros: easy to apply, nice design
Cons: low quality screen protector
