I purchased an Otterbox last year when I got my i Phone. The case has worked well for me. A couple months ago I had a small piece break off on the bottom of the case. At the suggestion of my daughter I sent a message to Otterbox & within a week I had a new case. Great & easy customer service.

I have gone through about 6 broken otter box's this year. I constantly have to send in a photo to get a new one. It is frustrating, they need to fix the problem....

This case has been a lifesaver. Not only is it very fashionable but it has protected my phone through many drops (I'm kind of clumsy). The last drop landed right on the corner of the case and it finally broke-the corner hard part came off, but my phone was perfectly fine and OtterBox made it very easy to submit my warranty claim. I had a new case within the next week.

Cons: charger cover is a little hard to manuever

I think the Otterbox could be improved by providing an adapter which would put the charging port on the outside of the Otterbox. Taking the phone in and out of the Otterbox because it can't be connected to certain peripherals (iHome, speakers, etc.) may be where a lot of damage occurs as it is tricky getting the phone back into the silicone and hard cover. An adapter would prevent the need to remove the phone from the box in many instances.

Great case, gets dropped regularly! Love the teal - seems to look new longer. My last commuter dropped on the corner, after a few drops on cement, and finally cracked. But I'm impressed at how many times it took for it to finally break! So I'm on my second one and so far so good.

I bought an OtterBox for my iPhone in the fall and at some point during the winter I dropped the phone on the ground. It landed on the edge and I was afraid that the screen would be broken from the impact. However the OtterBox did its job and the phone was completely intact. The OtterBox on the other hand suffered a crack on the outside plastic near the bottom.
Since the OttorBox has a 12 month guarantee I decided to see if I could get it fixed. I must say I was expecting a bit of a hassle getting things sorted (based on experiences from other online sites). However, I logged onto the website, followed the easy instructions on how to make a claim and I received a replacement in less than a week. No hassle at all! I was very impressed with the service!
