My Otter Box cracked at the bottom where it connected to be charged. I called Otter and they QUICKLY sent me a replacement case. Very little was required on my part to get this new case. It has saved me on a couple of occasions when I accidentally dropped it. I would be hesitant to buy a lower-priced "cute" case with less protection.

They sent this to me as if I bought a new case but actually I was sent a replacement for a broken case. Tha company was wonderful when I contacted them. The procedure was simple and my replacement case came in a few days. The case is excellent. It protects the phone with hard and soft plastic in the right places. But, the first case did break in a year and the replacement does not have a lifetime warranty.

Cons: lifetime warranty disappears

I love my OtterBox, it completely protects my phone without restricting it's functions. Every button, camera and touch screen are not effected. I only wish the screen protector was built into the case and not an adhesive screen protector.

As with any other otterbox case I've owned, the commuter is excellent quality and I know my iPhone is safe even with 4 sets of little hands around! The customer service is also very helpful and fast to reply if you find you have any problems. The fact that they stand by their cases with their lifetime warranty is proof of their quality!

Some people feel that otter box cases are too chunky and expensive, but what's more expensive is replacing your phone when it breaks because you have a cheap case on it. Also, with the life time warranty, you can't go wrong. My entire family has otter box cases and my friends that don't, go through phones like one might go through underwear,

I already owned an Otter Box for my personal iPhone and purchased this for my wife because it's about as slim as a case can be and still provide great protection for the phone against heavy handling, plus, it comes in a variety of colors (for her). It's good looking and a great value. I've owned a few 'cute' cases and this is the only one I would get in the futre. One observation on her phone case is that her makeup tends to stay on the white portion of the case. I wonder if there's an easy way to clean it as I'm sure many ladies would have similar concern.
