I was a little disappointed that my OtterBox Commuter case broke after only a month of purchasing it especially since I never dropped it. But I have to say Otterbox has the most outstanding warranty policy and and process I have ever encountered.

I like my otter box cover very much and I even had it replace once. It broke on me and I had no problem with them to get a new one in just a couple of days. I stand behind their otter box and would refer all my friends to get one for their phone.
