I love this product! My current order was a warranty replacement which customer service was amazing when I called. I had a few issues with shipping the replacement but it was quickly fixed by CS. However my replacement rubber has not wore as well as my original? The white rubber seems to be picking up more dirt? I guess I should have opted for a different color, but my original still looked white after 6months.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: discoloured rubber

I have been very happy with the otter box but I recommend not choosing white. It shows dirt and does not clean easily. My otter box broke and the company stood behind their warranty.

I thought when I bought the case, that it was too much money to spend. I did not abuse the case, but it eventually broke with just general use (I take good care of my things, so it was not abused). I was very excited to find that the case would be replaced. the new one is great. Thank you for your excellent case.

This case provides unbeatable protection for my phone and is very stylish. Otter box customer service has been terrific and I'd recommend the product to my friends. However, I do have 2 issues that are very inconvenient. The first is that I cannot use my iHome clock to charge my phone or play music with the case on the phone. It's just too bulky for it to fit. The second issue is that I can't use my phone to play music over my car speakers with the case on, because the cord won't fit all the way into the phone. Again the case is just a little too bulky right where the headphone cord goes in. Otherwise, the case is great & again for protection - the case is unbeatable!

I love this case and it does a great job protecting my phone with out being overly bulky. I can still slip it in my pocket. My only complaint is that the white inside case gets dirty easily and does not come clean so it looks a dingy gray after a month or so. My favorite part about OtterBox cases is the warranty. OtterBox has protected my phone (the same phone, in perfect condition) for almost 2 years but I am on my third case because, if I drop my phone, the case takes the beating and sometimes doesn't survive intact. It's only broken so far at the thin parts around the top and bottom but, OtterBox will replace it, no questions asked, so that I can go on using my device. I love that! Keep up the good work.
