My iPhone 4 is like new... Ive dropped it down stairs.... on the floor....you name it! My otter box has kept it alive and kicking! Then the sad day,,, after almost 2 years my box broke...A friend told me I could get it replaced for free...I was doubtful... I googled it.. and low and behold they sent me a brand new otterbox.... When I do upgrade to an iphone 5, otterbox is the only protection I will buy!

I have an iPhone4s and was tired of always having to replace cheap cases. In August I finally caved and spent the money to buy an Otterbox case, figuring that if I spend more money on a case it might last longer. I had dropped my phone in the fall, and as I realize it was my fault dropping it, the Otterbox case immediately cracked in two different places, and my screen had shattered. I know that the case is not guaranteed to make my iPhone indestructible, but had continued having problems later on as well. I used my warranty (which I really appreciate) and the next one also cracked within a short period of time. I have now been through about 4 new cases in which the last one immediately cracked while putting it on my phone. I was excited to get a new case in which I thought I would have for a while, but it has honestly been a little bit of a pain having to register online for a new one when it continues to crack within short periods of time having it. I do like the case, just wish it was a little bit more sturdy and had a longer life span.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

I needed a more protective case once my baby realized my iPhone is the greatest toy ever. This case is still light and stylish while providing good protection from his drops and drooling. The thin hard plastic on the bottom broke once after a drop but the warranty/return process was amazingly easy and quick. I will stick with Otterbox from now on.

The white part of the case gets dirty quick. The soft rubber also tends to break easily. Overall not a good case for girls. Defeats the purpose of making it pink or purple.

When I bought my iPhone 4S a few years ago, I told the store clerk that if it's possible to drop my phone, I'll drop my phone. He recommended an Otter Box. Since then, I've managed to break two Otter Boxes, but my phone is still perfect!
I bought this blue one a couple of weeks ago and when I was fitting it, it split at the back, from the camera lens to the open hole that lets the Apple logo show through. I went to the Otterbox website and followed the instructions for reporting a guarantee claim. Within three days, I had a brand new replacement. So not only is the case amazing, the company is even better.
I'll be an Otter box customer for life.
