The otterbox is easy to put on and remove, and offers good protection. My only wish is that the on/off button at top was easier to activate when covered; I have to press down very hard to turn on/ off .

I love my case. This is the second one - I also have the black/black version. I drop my phone often and have had no problems with the phone at all. I love the naked iphone but I'm not careful enough to risk that. It's a slim enough case that I keep the phone in it at all times. I think it's attractive enough and easier to hang on to than the slippery phone. The case is much better quality than others I've seen in the store for the same price. What is AMAZING about Otterbox is how they stand behind their products. Check out the warranty/returns info. They make it so easy and pleasant to replace a damaged case. I've had to do that once with each case and I got a brand new replacement within a week or so (mostly due to shipping time/weekends - they responded almost immediately). I will always buy Otterbox based on my overall experience -- but especially to support a company that is so good at providing support to customers. Thanks!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the otter box; commuter series case. I have dropped my phone more times than I can count and even once into the spa water while getting my pedicure. I feel that I own the long life of my iPhone 4s to my otterBox. With that I had to finally order another one because of the abuse; the plastic outer case finally cracked. But to me thats minor compared to the cost of a new iPhone.

Cons: more colors; crazy colors!

I choose this case because it was not as bulky as the Defender. With a screen saver and the OtterBox Commuter case, my phone has made it through plenty of rough times! I would definitely recommend it! OtterBox is definitely a quality company.

I am new to the iphone so when my son bought me an otter box, I didn't see the need. After dropping my phone MANY times, I now see why. It protects!!! Plus, when one of my tabs broke, I was sent a brand new case. I am very impressed and highly recommend this product.

My husband and I had not upgraded our phones for a few years and thought it was time. I was a little worried about handling my new phone as I had witnessed from a family member how a drop can damage an expensive phone. We both decided to purchase the Otter Box and I could not be any happier with the discussion we made. I only had my phone for four months when it fell out of my truck onto the pavement. I was almost sick until I picked it up to discover the Otter Box had done exactly what it claimed it would do. The phone was fine, not a scratch, however, the Otter Box took the brunt of the fall and cracked in one place. I put in an online claim and within 48 hours there was a brand new case at my door. I recommend the Otter Box as it protects your phone and the company stands behind their product. I am a truly satisfied customer and will only purchase this product for my phones. No other will do!

This is the second Otterbox case I have received under warranty from Otterbox. Your customer service is fantastic, however, the quality of the product has disappointed me. The most recent case I received has broken( the plastic outer case) within 2 months of receiving it. In total I have had 3 Otterbox cases and all three have cracked. I always reassure myself that the Otterbox was the correct purchase for me because my iphone has never been damaged, however, I dont like dealing with sharp edges, or pieces that catch on my clothing from my Otterbox.
