These people honor their warranty - hassle free! My iPhone 4S case cracked, BUT it protected my iPhone and kept it from cracking!!! The new one arrived promptly. Now that is customer service!

While I was waiting for my very easy exchange for a new Otterbox, by phone was stolen and run over.. it looked fine when I got it back except the case was a little scraped up. when I got my new case my phone dropped and got run over again.. Unbelievable YES, but what was more unbelievable was that it survived and still looks new.. love my case, it's saved my phone twice!

It is compact enough to fit in the pockets of my teenage kids, sturdy enough to survive hostile usage by them as well. But most importantly, the product has the great company that stands behind it’s product. It was hassle free experience for replacing the product.

Pink and WHITE??

Overall quality of the case is wonderful however but the inner part to the case is white! It didn't even dawn on me that I shouldn't have bought this because it was white and it is destined to get dirty. Well it did, first day. It began looking dingy and almost gray. I am very disappointed because I paid quite a bit for the case, more than usual because I assumed it would be worth it. Now I am second guessing my purchase.
Pros: Durable
Cons: do not buy white!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is suitable for everyday use and offers excellent protection for the average or adult user. The soft rubber flap that covers the power source, I feel, does not close properly. I am constantly trying to push it down and feel that it should clip into the hard case but it doesn't. The flap on the top of the phone does just that. I would like to see a connector for a wrist strap.
