This iPhone case is great. In the past I've used the Defender Series but found that it was a bit too bulky so I made the switch to the Commuter series and love it's slimmer size and how easy it is to put on and take off of my phone.
Pros: Durable, light weight

I've had this case for 2, maybe 3 weeks, and the narrow piece of the hard shell just below the home button has already snapped. I'm not a particularly hard user; my phone resides in my purse or pocket most of the time, and sits on the counter the rest, so I'm not sure how it happened. Anyway, not a good sign, I had hoped for something that would last a while.
Cons: Not durable

I love the size of this case. It fits perfectly into my pocket (front or back), my wallet, my purse, whatever. I also love the sleek outer shell which keeps it from sticking to the inside of my pocket and helps it to slip in and out with ease!
Downside...the plastic piece on the bottom near the charger continues to break. I am currently on my third case.
Pros: High quality

I had to buy a new phone and this time I went with the internet service. However, because I was scared of it breaking or unintentionally falling onto some hard surface, I did not make full use of my phone. It was only after buying and placing my phone into an Otterbox, that I felt comfortable enough to "really use" my phone and bring it with me anywhere.
