Love Otterbox...

The only reason my phone was in the great condition it was in, was because of the commuter case, because there was certainly no help from me :). The bottom piece did break four times, but each time I submitted the required photos to OtterBox and got a new one, no questions asked. OtterBox's customer service is excellent and they obviously believe in their product because of the great warranty.
When I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 the second question I asked was, does OtterBox make a case for this? If they didn't, I would have seriously considered not getting the phone. I will always have an OtterBox on my phone because of the protection it provides to the phones as well as the warranty.
Pros: High quality, Durable

This is my second case. The first never fit properly and eventually the plastic broke at the bottom. Otter is a great company and replaced the bad case. I really don't care for the second 4/4s commuter series they sent me either. The fit was better but I think it's still a bad design. It's 2 pieces, a rubber piece with a plastic shell. The rubber piece is always getting pushed into the plastic piece so it doesn't have a uniform seal. When the edge gets shoved into the plastic portion it's hard to get it out to have a nice look. I'm afraid to play around with it because I don't want to break the plastic shell. Also I was unable to plug a jack into my phone, the opening was not large enough to permit a connection.
Cons: Not durable, poor fitting, unable to insert a jack into my phone

Love my OtterBox phone case and the protection it offers my phone. I also appreciate the customer service behind the product. My phone case cracked after 11 months of use. I followed the instructions for replacement and had a new case in a week. Would highly recommend this product.

I am on my 3rd otter box commuter case for my iPhone 4S. When these phones are as expensive to replace I wanted good protection from the day I got it. I knew otter box was one of the best and now I know they stand behind their product. I have dropped my phone several times from a few feet high on concrete an it has always protected my phone like a champ. The only down side is the while the case did its job it will crack and break in the thin areas of the case after a while. But, with 5 min on the otter box warranty website and a couple pictures, they have sent me a replacement with no hassle through warranty. That kind of service along with the protection it has provided will keep me loyal to otterbox cases. With 2 small children protection is crucial. :)
