This is the best product for a phone that you can make. It enhances the look and feel, while it has the best endurance around. Accidents do happen and I have had a few where the phone falls out of your pocket - but - this product has saved my phone numerous times. You spend a lot of money on a phone, don't forget to buy this cover to protect your investment. You wont regret it.

I am really tough on my case. Its in and out of blue jean pockets on and off horses and sometimes in the dirt. It has worked wonderfully and is not bulky to carry.
Pros: Durable, pretty, great warranty

I had purchased an otterbox for my 4S not even a year ago and have already had to mail it in for a replacement. I just received my replacement 2-3 weeks ago and it's already broke. Not very happy at all.
Cons: Not durable

I bought this product to replace the Defender series on my iPhone 4 because I found it hard to remove from my pocket and generally hard to use. The Commuter definitely solved the pocket removal issue (as advertised) but I am not sure yet if it is up to the drop test protection wise. The other problem that it solved was that of being able to spot much easier in amongst dark surroundings since it is partly bright yellow. I would have to say, however, that it isn't quite up to the snug fit and finish of the Defender but then it is about half the cost (using numbers that I actually paid).

I have dropped my phone on the asphalt several times and I truly believe that if I didn't have the OtterBox I would have a shattered screen! I have to take it off to charge my phone and I had a cracked OtterBox because of constantly taking it off and putting it back on. But, luckily my OtterBox was still under warranty and the OtterBox company was VERY helpful on getting me a replacement! I recommend OtterBox to anyone that has a smartphone!

I am very hard on my poor iPhone and well, destroyed my first Ottterbox case. Within one week of sending in a picture of the damage, I received a new one. Thankfully, my phone is in tact ALL because of the amazing protection that the Otterbox provides. I have recommended Otterbox to ALL of my friends!
