I've had my iphone 4S for 5 months, and after a month broke the screen. Two of my friends have this case and recommended it to me. However after two months of having it the bottom section between the charger and home button of the hard case fully snapped. I got a replacement and after a month in the same spot is cracked in half.
However I have dropped my phone and it has protected it. But if you want a case that won't break after a few months, this is not the product for you.

I have had 2 of these. My first one was pink and white and no matter how much I cleaned the white, it always looked dirty, so I switched to teal. It fits the phone nice and snug. I really like this product but the price is a bit steep for a tiny piece of plastic; however, it has done the job and protected my phone even when was dropped onto concrete. The only real problem I have had is if you are not careful putting the phone into it or taking it out, the bottom piece is so thin and brittle in the front, that it can crack easily.
Pros: High quality, nice color choices
Cons: Not durable

I drop my phone constantly and the commuter does protect well against my iPhone being damaged. However unfortunately I have had my Otter Box replaced 3 times. Twice because the plastic cracked and once because it would fit properly on the phone itself. I love the fact that Otter Box stands behind the product they sell and will replace it if need be! Thanks for the opportunity to send you my thoughts on your product.

I had a problem with my Otterbox and also my daughters. I called ciustumers service and these guys were fantasic! They took care of my problem replace the the cases. Fast, very pleasant about it.
