This case has been great for my iPhone4. I only wish I had purchased it in the beginning as the cheap covers just don't do the job like the Otter! When I upgrade to the new iPhone I will immediately get the Otter! Customer service is really on the ball helping you with any issues.

I am not easy on my phone or the case. I sent pictures of my old, broken case and within 3 days I had a warranty replacement!! I love Otterbox and will never buy another brand of case again!!!!!!!

The color pulled me in, but the quality really makes me happy with my purchase. This is my first iPhone and my first Otterbox. It was easy to put on my phone, and seems sturdy and though I haven't dropped my phone on any hard surface (yet?!), it seems to offer better protection than other cases I looked at. Plus, it's that great hot pink that I like so much!

Offers great protection for drops, etc. but the white rubber part gets so dirty! I had mine for one day and it was already gross. Wish they offered replacements in different colors :(

I find that these ones break quite easily due to the plastic on the outer edges of the phone. It does it's job and protects the phone inside so I have no complaints. It just gets annoying sending in the case every time to get a replacement. Perhaps Otterbox should look at the durability of the plastic on the outer edges of the case in order to prevent it from breaking.
