When a product has a higher cost point, you’d think it’d do a better job. Was pretty disappointed with this vacuum. States it’s for pets, but did a weak job on capturing pet fur. (My dog has coarse fur). The vacuum itself was pretty top heavy despite the “ultra-light” name included in the description. WOULD NOT recommend.

I have the older version of the vacuum, but I love it. I have two cats and it’s great! I’ve had it for at least 5 years now.

Love this vacuum. Much cheaper than a Dyson. I love how everything detaches to get into crevices and makes it much easier to handle. My only gripe is that it is top heavy so your hand does tire pretty fast. The dust bin I'd ready to clean and thr filter is reusable and easy to wash.

I absolutely love my Shark Truepet Ultra-light! It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver around and under furniture. The only thing I would change is the size of the vacuum tank. With a large dog and cat, our tank gets very full very quickly, and has to be dumped often.

I feel as though this vacuum works well. I have had it for a few years now and works just as well as the first use. It has great tools/attachments for cleaning all areas of our home. I highly recommend shark products!

Great product and there is a ton of suction power! Only downside is that it had a tiny canister so you have to empty it very often when trying to clean.

Are you see is this vacuum all of the time until it broke two years after purchasing. I like that you can change it from hardwood to carpet with the push of a button. I’m upset that the warranty won’t cover what’s wrong with it.

This product works really well. Only issue is how too heavy the vacuum is. Lots of extra parts to help clean various rooms .
