We loved out Shark Rocket; it was amazing to be able to vacuum hardwood and tile before mopping rather than sweeping with a broom. For christmas, I ordered on for my mother-in-law who was fawning over ours when she was over. Same model #. When it arrived it had none of the accessories ours came with months earlier. Had to order each accessory separately to give her what she expected. I do not appreciate this at all, dont let shark nickel and dime you too. After purchasing the needed accessories you could get a similar style dyson for the same price. Shark just lost a lifelong customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this over 6 years ago. Still works like brand new!!! It has incredible suction!! I have 3 dogs and a large home and this vacuum is perfect. Just had clean the pre filter and remove hair off the brush roll monthly. Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a simple lightweight vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So when I purchased this, I did so because I was tired of the Dyson having to be cleaned out after each use due to the roller being full of pet hair. I have 2 cats and a dog so when I seen it was easy to clean I was excited. Although it is slightly easier to clean, I do like the different attachments and the long cord. It is powerful... too powerful for my rugs, it is almost self propelled and scrunches up the rugs. Is it the best? No, is there one better? I haven't found it yet.

I was in love with this vacuum. My hair broke it rather quickly. Most of the time I can take a cheap vacuum, open it and take the hair out and it’s fine. These are way too complicated so you send it to a professional to fix (and no one in town knew how) send it to the factory or you buy another. I bought another one. Same thing. Broke after a month because of my hair no matter how often I cleaned it. Now that only our upstairs has carpet I’ll probably buy another one and hold on to the receipt just in case.

Pretty light works better than the cordless dyson I used to have. Hair does get wrapped up in it but it does release for you to untangle it.

Great vacuum! Leaves the best vacuum lines in the carpet and makes the carpet look brand new. The bare floor setting also works great on hardwoods and tile.
