Easy gazpacho using my mini Cuisinart food process

Works perfectly. Last night I made gazpacho using my Cuisinart mini food processor, chopping and blending garlic, onions, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. It makes it so easy using the processor!

This little chopper is really powerful! I only cook for 2 so seldom use my full size food processor. When my Black & Decker mini chopped broke (2nd one!) I decided to some research on mini choppers. The Mini-Prep had great reviews, and even though it was about twice the cost of my old choppers, the reviews were so great I decided to take the plunge. The very first time I used this chopper I knew it was in a different league! What a great, powerful, fast chopper! It’s perfect.

This 'mini food processer' is doing the job. The processor's bowl seems 'cheaply made' with thin plastic. It can only do light chopping, as it has bogged down a few times. We expected better overall quality from a brand like Cuisinart.
