I love it! It does not shake regardless of it is in the chop or the other cycle. My previous mini processor lasted 8 yrs. The agitator holding the blades in place begin to crack. And the little spatula works efficiently to remove the food v. Getting a spoon or large rubber spatula. Brilliant!
