I love this mini-chop for doing small chopping or mincing jobs. it is easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean. I would give it 5 stars except when at high speed it puts out a high pitch that hurts my ears.

I love my new Mini-Prep Processor. This was to replace one that I have had for many years. Purchased this one because it is a little larger (able to chop a large onion all at once). This processor is easy to use, small and lightweight enough to store away easily. Cleans easily. Love it!

This is my second Mini-Prep and I had already replaced the blade assembly once because it cracked. I bought the second one because the blade assembly cracked again. The blade assembly on the new Mini-Prep appears to be a different material. I hope it lasts longer. I also intend to pre- chop harder vegetables to reduce strain on the assembly. Aside from this issue I love the Mini-Prep.

The DLC2-A is a very nice piece but for one little quibble. There is no neat way to store the power cord and plug. We had the previous model (DLC-1 ?) on which, the cord and plug stored snugly when coiled at bottom of unit. Aside from that, it is a better device.

It works but the celery and onions I put in to be chopped were pulverized into mush. I had barely pushed button . I have another brand of mixer I had to use to finish chopping.
