This little food process is great. It chops and grinds very well. It is so easy to make fresh salsa now, so quick and the consistency is perfect.
My only issue is the plastic work bowl is very thin, a little on the cheap side.

This new mini-prep works as well as my old one (20+ old) but now with a larger capacity. I'd have gladly replaced just the blade attachment, but my original mini-prep was too old. The perfect little prepper when it's only a small amount of food that needs attention. A must-have kitchen appliance.

I just love the Cuisinart mini-prep processor. I had a full size Cuisinart for almost 30 years and bought this to replace the older, larger one and I was not disappointed. I think the motor is even stronger in the new one and it chops more quickly and evenly. It's well made and very handy!
