I was tired of pulling out my heavy full sized food processor for small jobs. Also, sometimes if you are mixing a small amount of stuff like a handful of nuts it gets lost in a large food processor. This has been great for that and I make salad dressing easily in it too. I have found many uses for it and use it often. It is also easy to clean.

Bought my first Mini-Prep Plus processor at age 75 - surpassed my expectations!! Small but mighty! Easy to use and clean, and definitely shortens prep time for meals. Share my new expertise by preparing pureed veggies for 94 year old "young" wise woman who knows how to take good care of herself. I was raised in a three generation home and was taught the life gift of helping family and friends. Thankful I am still able to bring joy to others.
