This appliance is a bit larger than a “mini-chop” yet not as large as a full size machine which makes it perfect for a single person. Also, it doesn’t take up much room in the drawer or on the counter.

I love my mini Prep Plus food processor because it works great. I use it to make my own hummus. It comes out smooth and creamy, just like I like it. It is also good for chopping onions and other vegetables. I would highly recommend it.

I rated this based on its two-way chopping blade, but have not used it yet. It is a replacement for my old Cuisinart mini-processor, as the blade on the old one was getting quite dull and I didn't know how to get it sharp again. The old one was over 15 years old. I trust it will work as well as the old one, as I have many Cuisinart appliances that are all dependable.
