I used the processor as soon as I had it out of the box. Loved the easy way to chop
all my veggies for soup, salads etc. I am using my slow cooker to make winter time meals for myself and the processor really helps me to prepare food for making what I want to eat. Easy to clean and takes up little room on my counter and looks good

I have the big version of this. Often, when I have a small amount of chopping, I don't get the big Cuisinart out due to the cleanup. The Mini-Prep is very easy to clean. I just hand wash it in a few seconds and it's ready to go back in the cabinet next to it's big sister.
