Great upgrade from my older model mini-prep! The reverse action really helps thoroughly chop foods into tiny pieces like I needed. Clean up is easy too. I an removing one star because the lid grip is very short and hard to get ahold of and doesn’t have anything textured to grab onto either. I added some Sugru to it and it has helped a bit to fix this issue.

We ordered a new Cuisinart 3 cup food processor to replace our previous 12 year old one. The old motor ran flawlessly, however, the plastic piece that holds the food to be processed, broke on the lip, preventing it from locking in place. Since the old model is no longer available, a new one was required. I must admit, the original one was much sturdier and exudes more quality than its replacement.
