I really needed a processor that was in line with the sizes used on cooking shows, so I decided to upgrade my 11 cup Cuisinart to this one. I love the re-designed bowl/cover and the adjustable slicer blade. Making 2 lb loaves of bread is a breeze now. One thing I don't like is that dough and other ingredients can get under the blade and into the shaft area, even with the new click-to-seat blade design. This is a minor nit because overall I am very pleased with my new machine.

I love this processor! It is very sturdy and the motor is extremely powerful. My old processor was a Kitchen Aid and it could never do what my Cuisinart can do. I put all the parts in the dishwasher and when done they store in the handy case. The fact that the motor has a 20 year warranty is a plus because that was reason for this purchase, the old one just stopped grinding and only had short warranty. I especially like having the little bowl option. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to mix, grind, grate, blend, etc. small and large stuff.

This is a really great food processor. It’s is easy to clean, quick with cutting/dicing/slicing. It’s is large and heavy which requires decent counter space. It is also quiet for the size. My husband works night shift and have used this appliance while he was sleeping and it didn’t wake him up. My only issue with this appliance is that, I made 1.5 lb whole wheat bread and it over heat and it automatically stopped it, so I had to knead the dough by hand.

My previous Cuisinart was worn out and the plastic container gave up the ghost. I’ve used this brand since they first came out many decades ago. This model with the inserted smaller container appealed to me and it works great! Small one for small jobs, larger one for most other. There is a silicone lid seal which prevents liquids from leaking and another design stops leaks at the bottom. It’s perfect. The only downside is the silicone seal, which picked up the garlic I was chopping. I put it in a bag with fresh coffee grounds for a while, and the garlic disappeared. This is large, has 2 discs - an adjustable slicer and a 2 sided grater, which is all I need. Love this machine!
